A meaningful commitment for your family. Join us as parents commit their lives to the Lord and to raising their children to honor and glorify Him.

Baby dedication expresses a commitment by parents, supported by their church family, to raise a child in the Lord. As parents, we commit our parental lives to Him and His command to raise our child to honor and glorify Him.
Dedication is not baptism. It does not save a child or assure that a child will one day be saved. Each child will need to respond personally to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.Ephesians 6:4, KJV

Set aside a brief, regular time for Scripture. Read a few verses, explain a simple truth about God, and invite questions as your child grows. Begin with what your child can understand.

Read a short Scripture passage, share one thing to thank God for, and pray about one need. Keep it suited to your child’s age and attention span. Return to the habit with patience when a day is difficult.
Ask the Lord for wisdom, patience, unity, and grace in your home. Pray that your child will come to know Christ and grow in His Word.
