Share Your Praise

A quick testimony, a favorite verse, or a heartfelt moment of praise.

What is a praise?

Praise is giving God glory for who He is and what He has done. It might be an answered prayer, His provision, salvation, something He has taught you through His Word, or the strength He has given you through a difficult season.

Your story doesn’t have to be dramatic. You can thank Him for everyday blessings and for His faithfulness even while you’re still waiting for an answer.

Why share it?

When we share what God has done, we remind one another of His goodness. Your words may encourage someone who is weary, strengthen someone’s faith, or give our church family a reason to thank Him together.

“Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.”
Psalm 66:16

Not sure where to start?

  • What are you thanking God for?
  • How has the Lord helped you through a recent season?
  • What has He been teaching you through His Word?

You could begin simply: “I want to thank the Lord for…”

How to Record & Upload Your Praise Video

We’re so excited you’re sharing your praise video with us! Here are a few simple tips to help it look and sound great:

1. Shoot in Landscape

  • Turn your phone sideways (horizontal) before recording.

  • This gives a full-screen video that fits perfectly for church screens and online viewing.

2. Use Good Lighting

  • Make sure your face is well lit — natural light works best!

  • Stand facing a window or light source (not behind it).

  • Avoid dark rooms or bright lights behind you.

3. Ensure Clear Audio

  • Record in a quiet space with minimal background noise.

  • Speak or sing clearly and confidently.

  • If possible, use a phone stand or tripod to keep it steady.

4. Record in Good Quality

  • Set your camera to 1080p or HD resolution (most phones do this automatically).

  • Record close enough that your voice is clear and your face is visible.

5. Keep It Focused

  • Aim for about 30–60 seconds (short and heartfelt).

  • Share a quick testimony, a favorite verse, or a short praise moment.

6. Upload Your Video

  • After recording, upload your video using the button.
