The Waiting — What God promised is still true… even if you can’t see it yet.

Saturday was the hardest day.

The cross was behind them.
The tomb was sealed.
And nothing seemed to be happening.

No voice from heaven.
No movement.
No sign that anything was about to change.

Just waiting.

And waiting is never easy.

Because in the waiting, questions start to rise.
Doubts start to creep in.
Emotions begin to take over.

The disciples knew what Jesus had said—
but what they saw didn’t seem to match it.

And that’s where faith is tested.

Faith isn’t just believing when things are clear.
It’s trusting when things don’t make sense yet.

Because the truth is—
even when it looked like nothing was happening…

God was still working.

The promise hadn’t changed.
The plan hadn’t failed.
The outcome was already secured.

They just couldn’t see it yet.

And if you’re in a season of waiting right now,
hold onto this:

God has not forgotten you.
God has not changed His mind.
God is not behind schedule.

What He said… still stands.

Takeaway:
Waiting doesn’t mean God isn’t working—it means you’re not seeing the full picture yet.

Prayer:
Father, give me faith to trust You in the waiting. Help me hold onto Your promises even when I don’t see the outcome yet.
